Q. Does the SSA accept the black and white TKT Payroll Form W-2?
A. TKT Payroll laser-printed forms W-2 Copy A and W-3 have been approved by the
Social Security Administration. Using a laser printer is required for the Forms W-2 Copy A and W-3.
Other copies of Forms W-2 may be printed on an inkjet printer. Instructions similar to those contained
on the back of Copies B and C of the official IRS Form W-2 must be provided to each employee. This
information can be copied from preprinted Forms W-2 or downloaded on the IRS website www.irs.gov.
