Q. How do I change the state unemployment rate?
A. The state unemployment rate should be entered as follows:
1. Select "Utilities" on the main menu bar and click "Settings".
2. The box for the "Unemployment Tax Rate" is in the lower
right corner of the Company Information section.
3. If your state unemployment rate is 2.7%, enter the decimal
amount ( .027).
4. Click the "Save Changes" button to save your rate change.
